Q: Unable to pair Airpods with the Bluetooth adapter?

If the adapter keep flashing red and blue and is unable to pair with your Airpods, please kindly follow the steps below to reset and re-pair them.

1.Firstly, turn off the adapter. Secondly, switch the adapter from TX mode to RX mode. Then turn it on, wait for 5 seconds, turn it off and switch back to TX mode.

2.Press and hold the circle button rear of the AirPods for 3s to reset it. The AirPods will be set into pairing mode with the light flashing white.

3.Now please kindly switch the adapter into TX mode and re-pair the adapter with the AirPods.

Note: while pairing the adapter with your AirPods, please kindly turn off the Bluetooth of other devices, especially those that had paired with your AirPods.

» Can it automatically re-pair?  Normally, the adapter will re-pair to previous paired devices when it is turned on. Only when the pairing history is cleared by a mode switch or the pairing memory is replaced by other devices, it will fail to auto re-pair.

» aptX low latency?  There is no delay when running aptX Low Latency codec. Please kindly make sure your Bluetooth headphones/speakers are also supported to that codec.

» Musical instrument?  For live music or musical instruments, we suggest using specialized adapter.

» Intermittent sound?  When the sound is lower than a certain volume, the CSR chip will not detect the signal and cannot transmit that sound. In this case, please kindly increase the volume.

» No sound or sound still from TV?  Please ensure the aux cable is tightly plugged into “AUDIO OUT” or headphone jack in your TV and both devices are successfully paired. Then change the TV’s sound settings from “TV speaker” to “Audio out”.
