How do I create an account on Macropick?
Creating an account on MP is free of cost, there are the following steps.
1:Click Account on the Homepage or at the top right corner of any MP page.
2:A Dropdown menu will appear, click on Create an account button.
3:Enter required given fields then accept MP terms and conditions and privacy policies.
4:Start shopping/selling.

My Account is unavailable. What can I do?
There are the following reasons for your account to be unavailable.
1:Self-Deactivation from your Account.
2:Deactivated due to violation of MP terms and conditions
Note: In case of deactivation from Macropick, you can contact us via Email or the contact us Page.
I cannot Login in to my account. What can I do?
To Login into your account,please make sure you enter the correct registered email address and password.Your password is in case-sensitive,so please check if your keyboard's Caps Lock light is on and also make sure there are no extra blank spaces in the password.Other solutions may include:
1:Change your browser
2:Try password Retrieval process
3:Contact our customer services team.
I forgot my password. What can I do?
1:Click on the login page.
2:Click on forgot password.
3:Enter your current Email ID.
4:Give the answers to security questions that you set at the registration time of your account.
5:A verification link will be sent to your current Email account.Once you receive the link,click on it.
6:Reset your password.
I forgot my security questions. What can I do?
Please click on the contact us button and submit the maximum information you remember about your account;our support person will get in touch with you at your provided email address or phone number to get your account restored.
How do I deactivate my MP account?
You can deactivate your account at any time through my account?
1:Login into my MP Account.And go to my profile at the top right corner of my account.
2:Click on Edit my profile.
3:Click on deactivate the account at the top right corner.
Note:Once you have deactivated your account.You can no more access your MP account.
Can I access My Account after the deactivation of the account?
No, you cannot access your account after deactivation.You can create a new account with a new Email ID.
My balance is available in My account and I have deactivated My Account?
User account deactivation does not happening suddenly,A Pop-up message appears on the screen and the user submits a reason for account deactivation.
If you have decided to deactivate your account permanently,please fulfill all of your orders first and wait until your account has zero balance.After that,you can deactivate your account.
Note:In case,the account is deleted with available balance in it,MP is not responsible for your available balance and any kind of loss.
How to post an item on Macropick?

1:Create a Free Account with Macropick.And Login into your account.
2:Click on the Post Add button placed at the Header above the menu.

How can I place a banner advertisement on Macropick?
Follow the steps below for banner advertisement on Macropick.
1:Login in to your account
2:Go to “Advertise with us” from the footer.
3:Choose banner placement where you want to display your banner and for the time period.
4:Click on submit and Pay.After submission of your banner,our customer service team will review your banner advertisement and published it after receiving your payment confirmation.
How do I create a listing on Macropick?
If you are new and want to sell your items on Macropick.Please follow our creating listing guidelines.
1:Go to Macropick’s sell items by clicking the sell button placed at the top of any Macropick page and as well as a user dashboard name as creating a listing.
2:Here, you will be asked to product details, Images, Product price, Shipping details, Product Return, and Post product.
1: Product Details TAB: It has included
Title and description with images:
!: Most buyers find items/listings based on their titles, so write a good and clear title for your listing.
2:You can create your listing description with and without images by simply uploading the image method. The description should be clear, complete, and descriptive that will help to sell your items smartly.
3:In case you want to add more images in the description, click on add more button and write the additional item’s description and upload its image.
Please see below an example of how your description with images will show on the front side.
Select Category and Subcategory:
Most important is to find the appropriate category and subcategory for your item what do you want to sell? Choose it into the given category and subcategory fields.
Select Simple Product OR Create Variations:
It is present by default in our system setting when you have a simple/single product and you want to create a listing on Macropick, Here you have the option to change it to a simple product or create variations in the listing.
Similarly,if you have identified items that have different distinctions, such as their color or weight, size, you can create a fixed-price listing in variations.
How to add variations on MP listing:
There are two types of variations available on Macropick.
Add Single Variation
Add Multiple Variations
Comparison of your product:
This feature is very interesting, User can compare products by using this feature if they have three in different qualities/grades products. A quality product will be shown as default on the product details page and other B and C qualities products will be shown in compare quality button.
Select Brand and Product Condition:
It is most important to select your product brand and the condition of the product. Many buyers want to purchase their products based on containing these specifications.
Size chart: You can upload your product size chart according to your product category. See the below example.
Product guidelines: If you have additional product guidelines/specifications in PDF form, you can upload your file by using this feature.
2: Images TAB: Upload good quality product images. You can upload 10 images free of cost. After that, each additional image cost $0.10.
3: Product Price TAB: It has included
Buy it now price: Set a product price you want for your item to be sold.
Bundle pricing (optional): Create bundles for your items and set discounts on these bundles that you want to sell. For example; Buy 2 get 5% off, Buy 3 get 4% off.
Drop item Price (optional). You can drop your item’s price automatically by selecting days.
4:Shipping Detail TAB: In this TAB all shipping details are available for those sellers who can provide shipping or not.
Domestic Shipping: There are two options available in this. One is free shipping and the second one is fixed price shipping.
Free shipping: It includes all 48 States of the USA. If you click on it, you are accepting free shipping in 48 States. All other remaining states and territories are also shown there, if you provide shipping easily in these states/territories, select the given options as shown in the listing.
Fixed Price Shipping: It includes all 48 States of the USA. If you click on it, you are accepting the same fixed-price shipping in 48 States. All other remaining states and territories are also shown there. Here, you have an option to charge shipping costs separately according to given states (Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, P.O. Box, Guam, and Puerto Rico).
Shipping Carrier Services: UPS Shipping is attached to our system, you can offer estimated delivery by selecting one of these services or you can select other shipping services of your choice.
Delivery: Specify delivery of your item during listing clearly. When a seller accepts delivery of an item you are liable to deliver the Item sold by you:
Handling Time: According to our policy, you are responsible to ship your item within 3 days.
Return Address: Set your product return address on the profile page.
5:Return Product TAB: In this TAB, three main return options are available.
I accept Return: Select this option, when you are accepting product returns. Here, you have two more options to select free return or paid return.
Free Return: You can return items free of cost from buyers.
Paid Return/Return Fee: You can charge a return fee to buyers.
I accept Price Match Return: If you feel that there is no competitor to your product on given websites or platforms, select this option. Here, you have two options to select free price match return or paid price match return.
I Accept Replacement: You have an option to accept free or paid product replacement.
6:Post item TAB: It has included
Hot Offer: You can offer the product as a hot item and it will be displayed on the top of selected pages.it is a paid option.
Deal Offer: You can render your product in a deal, Select this option and set the deal price and time that you are offering.it is a paid option.
Listing days: Select listing days in which your listing will remain active at the website. There are two options you have for paying a listing fee.
After selling my item: Select this option when you pay the listing fee after selling your products.
During posting: Select this option when you pay a listing fee at the time of posting.
Important: Comparison between after selling my item fees and during posting fees:
After selling my item fees: Seller listed one product V Neck T-shirt for men having quantity 10 and its listing fee is $1.Seller selects this option, whenever a seller receives the order on one quantity,$1 will be deducted from his/her payment that will be on hold by Macropick. Similarly, the second time receiving order of two quantities $1 will be deducted.
Note:$1 will be deducted on received orders, not by quantity.
During posting fees: Seller list one product V Neck T-shirt for men having quantity 10 and its listing fee is $1.He/She will pay the Listing fee of only $1 at the time of posting. After that, no more listing fee will be applied on receiving orders.
How do I pay for my purchase?

What payment methods are offered by Macropick at checkout?
The following are the payment methods, which are offered at Macropick checkout. Users can make payments by using these payment methods at the checkout page.Paying with a credit card or debit card: On the checkout page, you‘ll need to enter your credit card number, the expiration date, and the security code (CVC number). After that, agree to Macropick terms and conditions and place an order.Paying with PayPal: At the checkout page, you‘ll need to select PayPal and agree to Macropick terms and conditions and place an order. After that, enter PayPal information and confirm payment.
How can I cancel my order?
When the seller received an order, He/She can cancel it within three days. After that, you will have to pay an order cancellation fee of $1.
I have paid the order cancellation fee, Can I ship it now?
Sorry! You can't.
How can I cancel my order before shipment?
Buyers can cancel orders at any time before shipment. Once the seller has shipped the buyer’s order, you are not eligible to cancel your order. After delivery, the buyer can return it to the seller.
You can cancel your order by following the procedure.
1:Go to dashboard
2:Go to the Buyer order page
3:Find the order that you want to cancel and click on cancel order
Now, Select cancellation reason and confirm the order.

How can I return my order after shipment?
You can return the order that you had received before giving the feedback. Once you give the feedback to the seller you will not be eligible to return it to the seller.You can return your order by following the procedure.1:Go to dashboard2:Go to Buyer order page3:Find order that you want to return and click on the return orderNow, Select the return reason and confirm the order.
Note: By submitting the return, A return request will be sent to the seller to accept or reject.
When can I return my items?
You can return the item if
1:Item is damaged, defective, or expired
2:Item is incorrect, or it’s accessory are missing.
Do I have to pay for my return?
It depends upon on the seller what is he/she offering about return.If he offers free return then the seller will pay for return shipping. If he/she offers paid return accept,you will have to paid for it.
If seller is responsible for paying return shipping what will be next?
You can buy label directly from a carrier of your choice and upload it in given return order cancellation for getting your item back.
Seller doesn’t accept return what do I do?
If the seller doesn’t accept the return specified in his/her listing, you can create a dispute against the seller. Our support team will decide, what is the reason that you have selected and product should be returned or not.
What do I do if seller reject my return request?
Don’t worry, you have an option to create a dispute against the seller.
How do I get my order cancellation refund?
If you cancel your order before shipment, we will confirm that the order has not shipped and will refund you original form of payment in your account.
How do I pack the items?
Before shipping considers following these steps below:
Choose a box in which the product may fit easily with a spare room left behind.
How do I pack the items for returns?
All returns should be packed in original form as you have received.
How can I withdraw my payment?
1:Go to your dashboard and find here " Account Balance".
2: Look at your account balance and click on withdraw button.
3: Choose a payment method you want to receive a payment in it.
4: Verify all information you have added already.
5: Enter the amount you want to withdraw then tap the “Confirm button.

Can I use someone else’s bank account to withdraw my account balance?
Sorry, you must use your own bank account to withdraw your account balance.
When will my withdrawal request be processed?
Once the withdrawal request is processed, it will take 4 to 5 business days for the funds to be transferred into your account.
How can I offer shipping directly for my products?
You can offer free or paid shipping in 48 states of the USA. If you want to offer to ship in other states and territories of the USA please follow the steps below.
1:Click on Post Add button/Create Listing.
2:Open Shipping details TAB.
3:Mark domestic shipping
Note: All 48 States and territories will be selected automatically. Now you can deselect territories here if you are not providing shipping in any specific state/territory or can provide by fixed price shipping.
You can see it in below example, Seller is offering free shipping in 48 states and Alaska and fixed price shipping in Hawaii at $40.
How do I rate the seller?
Once the order is showing status as delivered, the Leave feedback button appears on the received order at (The buyer order page). Here, you can rate the overall experience with the seller.
Note: Before rating the seller, you must confirm the item was as described in the listing. Once you have rated the seller, you can’t return/dispute it against the seller.

How does Rating work?
When you buy a product on Macropick, you can rate your overall experience with the seller. The buyer has 15 days to submit a rating. If you don’t give feedback to the seller within 15 days, your transaction will be completed automatically after 15 days. Now, you are not eligible to return/dispute the product.
Where seller can view ratings?
To view your rating
1:Go to your dashboard
2:Click My feedback on the right menu
3:You can also view seller/product rating on the product details page.
How to respond negative reviews?
A negative/Bad rating is always a nuisance for sellers. The especially one-star rating can drag down from top to bottom. Many ideal customers check the negative reviews to get an idea of what issues could potentially arise with the seller. This way, negative reviews can directly lead to a drop the seller sales.
There are two solutions for the removal of sellers' negative reviews.
Try to contact customers directly within chat and request them for revision/deletion of negative reviews. If the customer does not help in this case, try publicly commenting on negative reviews(You can ask what the reason for the negative review is). It will reduce the damage to the seller’s negative reviews.
Another way is Macropick automatically removes the negative reviews of the website seller: One Star after(60 days), Two Star after(90 days).
My purchased item has not arrived yet?
If your item hasn’t arrived, it may be in transit. You should ask the seller first. If the seller doesn’t respond, you can create a dispute against the seller.
When can I create dispute against the seller?
1:When your item is not received.
2:During the return procedure, when the seller doesn’t respond to you.

How I submit bid security?
Click and pop up will appear and select price range and shown item will appear and place a bid.
How I withdraw my bid security?
After winning the product and paying for the item won by you can withdraw your bidding security from the dashboard panel by selecting payments tab.
What will be happened if I won the item and not pay?
If you don’t pay after winning bid products you will be not be refunded your security deposit.

No you can't during the bidding process.
What is a time Auction?
Timed auctions run for a defined period of time, allowing bidders to register and place maximum bids on items with confidence. As the auction progresses, bidders have the opportunity to raise their bid amount.
Why do I need a security deposit?
When you purchase a winning item and don't pay for it your security deposit will not be refunded as to compensate for the macropick fees and charges.
Is my security deposit refundable?
Your security deposit is 100% refundable
Can I use my bid security deposit to pay for my item that is won by at auction?
No you can't.
Can my security deposit be expired?
It can't
How many items can I bid on?
It depends accordingly on the bidding price range you may find products.
What are MP stores?
MP stores are flexible plans which allow you to subscribe to a plan of listing in which you can add your listing, it allows you to pre-pay for the listing and you don’t have to pay while listing or after selling your items at MP.
How to update my store package?
Go to admin dashboard panel, at the bottom of the panel you’ll see the Store, click on the store settings and you will be able to update your store.
What will be happened to my previous Package/listing, if I update new package?
Remaining listing of the previous plan will be merged and added into the new upgraded plan.
For example in silver plan if you have 3 remaining listings and you are upgrading to gold package of 50 listings, you will get 53 listings as your silver plan’s 3 listings will be added into gold plan as well.
How to subscribe store?
Go to admin dashboard panel, at the bottom of the panel you’ll see the Store, click on the store and choose a Store subscription if you.
You’ll find MP store plans, choose a plan you wish to subscribe.
How to open MP store?
Go to admin dashboard panel, at the bottom of the panel you’ll see the Store, click on the store and choose a Store subscription if you already have subscribed to the MP store.
You’ll find an option of upgrade package at the top left corner, click on it and choose a plan you wish to upgrade your plan to.
How to setup store?
Go to admin dashboard panel, at the bottom of the panel you’ll see the Store, click on the store and choose a Store plan, it will allow you to set up your store.
How to change my store subscription level?
You’ll find an option of upgrade package at the top left corner, click on it and choose a plan you wish to upgrade/degrade your plan to.
What will happen, if I don't renew my store package plan after expiring date?
It will be expired after the expiry date so you have to renew your package by paying subscription fee.
How to manage my store?
Click on stores into the dashboard panel and you’ll be able to manage your store.
