Support maximum 10W fast charging for Samsung Galaxy S20 and S20+, maximum 7.5W for iPhone 11 and 11 Pro, 1XS and XS Max, and 5W for other compatible phones. A QC 3.0 car charger adaptor is needed to power the device's 10W and 7.5W rapid charging modes. There is one USB Type-C charging cable included in the package.

Incapable of charging, charging slowly, or occasionally charging:
Verify that the phone has wireless charging support.
Verify the charging head's power: While using wireless charging, a charging head must meet a minimum specification of 5V 2.4A. The charge will be sporadic if it is lower. It would be preferable to use a QC3.0 adapter if you have an Android phone.
Verify the phone case's wireless charging compatibility: For optimum charging, please take off any thick, uneven, or tough cases, metal ring holders, metal attachments, and credit cards. Make certain that the phone case is no thicker than 6mm.
How to stop your phone from getting too hot: To save energy and switch off the phone screen while using wireless charging, we recommend closing all open applications.

Clamping Arms are ineffective:
1.When the arm clamp runs into an obstruction, it will halt and wait for the subsequent action to close. If this is the case, remove the obstruction, push the induction button to return the device to the closed state, and then press the switch once more to resume regular operation.
2.The arm clamp won't function if the product is out of power. If you want the clamping arms to move when you clamp or release the phone, please plug the cable into the QC3.0 car charger. If you don't, they won't.
